WhatsApp Authority

Over the course of the term/year, we arrange various performances which in the past have included a summer concert, winter concert, carol singing around the village and school performances, amongst others. We have found the easiest way to communicate information to parents quickly is via our choir parents WhatsApp group. It allows us to communicate effectively and allows parents to post any questions they might have. The group is private, and therefore by invitation only, however members phone numbers are visible to other group members. For our part, we are GDPR compliant and all your personal data is held securely and only necessarily. A copy of our privacy policy is available on request. For your part, we ask you to sign this form firstly to give authority for your nominated number to be added to the group, and secondly to confirm you will treat all messages in the group and all data & content (including phone numbers) in the group confidential and not share them with anyone outside of the group.
